Nibbles and Bits - Red, Whites, and 'ol Blues

Red, White and ‘Ol Blue
1 ¼ c. Oat flour
1 ¼ c. Brown rice flour
½ c. Oat bran
½ c. Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ c. Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbs. Honey
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Egg
¼ c. Water 

Preheat oven to 350°. Puree strawberries and blueberries in a food processor.
Combine all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4” thickness. Use any fun patriotic-shaped cookie cutter (or a knife) to cut into shapes. Plaxce on an ungreased cookie sheet (they can be rather close together as they don’t grow much while cooking).
Bake 20-25 minutes. Transfer and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store the cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
